Asplenium viviparum is small evergreen fern has creeping rhizomes and lance-shaped fronds. Although it is found in rocky and limestone crevices, walls and cliffs, it can be used as an ornamental plant in gardens or as a house plant. The fern has medicinal benefits – bearing small pale green flowers that are clustered together umbels.
