Our Delivery & Collection Policy

Delivery terms:

• Standard deliveries will be made within 3-5 days of order confirmation
• All deliveries are only made within the Gauteng area
• Delivery rates are calculated by distance to the delivery address from Lifestyle Home Garden Centre. Deliveries for in store purchases may differ from online delivery rates.
• Gift Card orders will not be delivered and must be collected in store.
• We deliver using our own vehicles. If a customer would like their goods couriered, they must organize their own courier at own cost.
• We are not responsible for any damages for orders delivered through a courier.
• Delivery address cannot be changed once the order has been placed. Should a customer wish to change the address, they will need to place in a new order.
• Customer are required to inspect all goods at the time of delivery.
• Any damages or shortages must be reported immediately upon delivery. Note that a signed delivery note confirms acceptance of the goods in good condition.
•  A customer or authorized presented must be present during delivery. Our team does not provide unpacking, assembling, installation, or landscaping services.

Collection terms:

• Customer must allow 24 hours from order placement to prepare the order.
• Communication will be made to customer before the collection is ready.
• Orders must be collected within 7 days after communication to collect has been made.
• Proof of order confirmation must be presented to the main tills upon collection.
• All orders collected must be signed for at the main tills before exiting the store.
• A customer or representative must be present during delivery. our team does not provide landscaping services.
