When shopping through our online store the following terms apply
Delivery terms:
Standard deliveries will be made within 3-5 days of order confirmation
All deliveries are only made within the Gauteng area
Delivery rates are calculated by distance to the delivery address from Lifestyle Home Garden Centre
The delivery rate provided is for online deliveries only, deliveries for orders purchased in store will carry different rates, categorized by area. If online orders are grouped with products bought in store, two delivery fees will apply.
Gift Card only orders will not be delivered and must be collected in store
We deliver using our own vehicles. If customer would like their goods couriered, they must organize their own courier at own cost.
We are not responsible for any damages for orders delivered through a courier.
Delivery address cannot be changed once the order had been placed. Should a customer wish to change the address, they will need to place in a new order.
Collection terms:
Customer must allow 24 hours from order placement to prepare the order.
Communication will be made to customer before the collection is ready.
Orders must be collected within 7 days after communication to collect has been made.
Proof of order confirmation must be presented to the main tills upon collection.
All orders collected must be signed for at the main tills before exiting the store.
The above delivery & collection policy applies to orders made through the Lifestyle Home Garden online store and may differ from the terms that apply for purchases and delivery requests made in-store.
