Returns and Refund Policy

Our Online Store Refund Policy

In order to return any product, the following rules apply:

In order to be eligible for a return or Refund Lifestyle must be informed by the customer within 72 Hours of the delivery. This applies to all return or refund circumstances. If you are either unhappy with the product quality or believe Lifestyle has short-delivered we must be informed of such within the 72 hours.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it; unused, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

If you require a return, email anthony@lifestyle.co.za with the details of your return and images if possible. If your return is accepted, we will contact you to arrange collection. Online orders may also be retuned in-store but please ensure the above return guidelines are met. Items ordered online that are returned outside of the guidelines above will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. We will do our best to then evaluate the issue fairly and work together to come to a resolution.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Returns for reasons outside the Lifestyle Home Garden general terms of service and return policy, will incur additional costs. We reserve the right to reject these returns if they fall outside our stipulated terms. 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. If you return your online order in-store, if accepted you will either be provided with a store credit note or a monetary refund based on your preference.  Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. We will do our best to handle refunds, returns or exchanges as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Please note the following products are non-returnable unless defective;

  • Annuals
  • Sale products
  • Holiday and seasonal merchandise
  • Silks
  • Artificial plants
  • Non-reusable items such as light bulbs or fertilizers
  • Any special orders

The above returns requirements are mandatory for all returns made to Lifestyle Home Garden and Lifestyle Mica for online purchases.
