Online Store Returns and Refund Policy

RETURN POLICY

1) We offer a standard return period on goods within 10 days of receipt date

• The product/s must be returned in the same conditionin which they were purchased (please note that initial purchase is an acceptance of quality, unless the product is defective)
• Product must be in a resalable condition
• Product must have its original price label attached

2) Proof of purchase from Lifestyle Home Garden must be presented

3) Loyalty card if used for the transaction must be presented 

Please note: The following products are non-returnable unless defective; annuals, sale products, festive décor and seasonal merchandise, artificial plants and non-reusable items such as light bulbs or any items specifically ordered.

The above returns requirements are mandatory for all returns made to Lifestyle Home Garden.
