Our Online Store Refund Policy

In order to return any product, the following rules apply:

  • We offer a standard return period of 7 days or less for online purchases
  • Proof of purchase from Lifestyle Home Garden must be presented
  • The product/s must be returned in the same condition in which they were delivered
  • Product must be in a resellable condition
  • Packaging must be in a reasonable condition
  • Any return that does not meet the above criteria will be handled at the discretion of the Lifestyle Home Garden management team, according to company policy guidelines

Please note the following products are non-returnable unless defective;

  • Annuals
  • Sale products
  • Holiday and seasonal merchandise
  • Silks
  • Artificial plants
  • Non-reusable items such as light bulbs or fertilizers
  • Any special orders

The above returns requirements are mandatory for all returns made to Lifestyle Home Garden and Lifestyle Mica for online purchases.
