Trachycarpus fortunei is a slow-growing, hardy, evergreen palm. It is a single-stemmed palm with large, fan-like leaves and will add an exotic touch to the garden either as a specimen plant, in large containers or along the poolside. Branched heads of yellow flowers are produced in summer, adding to the drama.
