Groundcover Rosemary

This no-nonsense culinary groundcover is easy to grow and has a very rich pine-like fragrance.  Its is evergreen, fast-growing and bears little blue flowers in summer and autumn.  Plant it as a groundcover in the garden and vegetable garden or in hanging baskets and other containers.  It is also excellent to use on embankments and retaining walls.  Rosemary is a very popular culinary herb used to flavour stews, soups and lamb and chicken dishes.

Care Tips 

  • Sunlight: Plant in full sun for healthy growth and best flowering.
  • Watering: Water moderately and allow the soil to dry between waterings.
  • Soil: Prefers well-drained, sandy or slightly gritty soil.
