A very fast-growing, trailing herbaceous perennial with soft, succulent-like light green leaves, densely covered in hairs. When crushed the leaves give off a strong, pungent smell, similar to that of Vicks Vaporub. Masses of small white flowers are borne, mostly during autumn. Grow as a groundcover or let it trail from hanging baskets and pots.
