Grape Victoria

Victoria Grape

The Victoria Grape – botanical name, Vitis vinifera cultivar “VICTORIA” – produces large oval green berries with a slight golden tint once fully ripe. The fruit are good quality, are seeded and grow in medium to large, moderately compact bunches. They have a thick skin with firm juicy flesh that is not overly sweet.

The fruit ripens from early January and can grow to about 3m by 3m. This grape tree is an early ripening table variety that is a vigorous grower best suited to areas with dry Summers.

Grapes like hot, sunny areas with low humidity and regular judicious pruning especially just before Spring is needed.
