Lemon ‘Meyer’ is a smooth-skinned lemon with delightful lemon taste, but less of the usual sourness.  It is and excellent bearer and the dark yellow fruit is borne throughout the year.  The tree is neat, small and compact and very suitable for pots and small gardens, where it can double up as an ornamental shade tree.
