Chamelaucium spp.

Wax Flower

Chamelaucium is native to Australia, but is an old favourite in South African gardens, where they are grown for their fynbos-like foliage and abundance of striking waxy flowers, in shades of pink and white, that appear from late winter to spring.  Plant in beds or pots or use as hedges and screens.
