Palsteyn is a freestone apricot with attractive medium to large fruit with dark yellow skin, blushed with red. The flesh is orange-yellow with excellent taste and a firm texture. Fruit ripens from late November to early December. The tree is a strong, vigorous grower with a spreading habit and very good production. Palsteyn is a top export variety.
