Price’s nuts are medium-sized, soft-shelled and dark brown in colour. Kernel are small to medium sized and plump with a sweet, nutty taste. The nuts ripen from late January. The tree is medium sized and upright spreading. It is a vigorous grower and heavy bearer. Price needs to be cross-pollinated with ‘Ferragnes’, ‘Nonpariel’ or ‘Texas Mission’.
