Black Jack African Lily

Awarded as the prestigious ‘Plant of the Year’ at the 2023 Chelsea Flower Show, this agapanthus is a definite must-have for your collection.  Firstly, the colour of the blooms is incredible – inky black buds on large flower heads open to intense purple-black florets in summer.  Further more the flowering season is longer than usual, the growth is vigorous and ‘Black Jack’ was bred to be more resistant to disease. Plant them en masse or mixed in beds or borders.  They are also excellent in pots and barrels.
