It is a compact, semi-evergreen shrub with a luminous foliage of bright green leaves adorned with buttery yellow edges, gradually fading into ivory-white. Flowers offer clusters of fragrance with frilly pink and white colors. Their attractive creamy-white calyces further brighten the overall display. This lovely shrub is low- maintenance and suitable as a low accent plant, in mass landscape plantings or as a container plant.
