This trailing plant also known as oortjies which translates to “little ears” is a fast-growing, creeping perennial herb which also works well as a groundcover. Stems are firm and slender, producing succulent like-leaves that are variously shaped yet broadly ovate with round tips and bases, green to yellowish in color, shiny and mat-forming. Its flowers are trumpet-shaped, pretty white or pink.
